Building a brand for a luxury housing project in the Welsh countryside.
A new development of three outstanding New England style homes. As well as Brooklands House, a superb family home located in the heart of Monmouth. Firstly we needed to promote the new luxury development. To do this, we had to establish a brand and a digital presence for Brooklands that showcased the beautiful area and the new buildings to potential home buyers.
The brand identity reflects the surrounding countryside and premium quality of the development. Drawing on three key features: the woodland surroundings, the rustic character and the homes’ quality. The website was a showcase piece for the four properties. Capturing the high quality, rustic and luxury feel of the brand. We also created realistic 3D renders of each property and a virtual walkthrough to feature on the website.
Within the heart of Monmouth, surrounding beautiful countryside is Brooklands. Firstly, by reflecting the surroundings and quality of the new development, inspiration came.
As a result of this, our themes were woodland, rustic and quality. Creating a system allows us to give each property an individual identity. As well as this, we keep the consistency of the brand.
Each property has a unique leaf icon and colour. This was then applied to all relevant materials for that property. This included property renders and animations. The colours, applied throughout furnishings and appliances gave each property a distinct look.
Finally, we went further than creating only printed and digital materials. Creating 3D renders for the properties by working with Buzzbox. In doing so, we gave the audience a true feel of the development.
Each render is a realistic impression of each property. Showcasing the high quality and luxury feel of the brand. The renders show both the exterior and interior of the properties. Each visual tying back to the identity through the key colour system.
As well as flat renders and floorplans, we also created a virtual walkthrough. This allows the audience to feel as if they were walking through the property. This extra feature allows us to communicate the luxury property before completion.
