We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to join the herd. You’ll deliver great creative projects across multiple disciplines for our clients, on-time and within budget.

We’re looking for a fantastic communicator, facilitator and organiser. You’ll have a passion for delivering great projects, and you’ll be focused on brilliant customer service.

You should be comfortable in creative and technical conversations. You’ll be a natural people manager and team player, and we’re looking for someone who can focus on the bigger picture as well as the finer details.

Does that sound like you? Then read on, my organised friend!

What does this job involve?

  • Take responsibility for successfully delivering multiple small projects, as well as larger branding, digital and design projects.
  • Plan the project timelines, assign responsibilities and manage project sprints using project management tools, including Monday.
  • Work closely with the strategy, design and development teams to set up project plans, timelines and capacity calculators.
  • Lead daily team stand-ups, track and identify issues, and help to rectify them.
  • Ensure products meet our quality standards and acceptance criteria by reviewing and/or testing.
  • Run client meetings – agree timelines and scope, communicate progress, creative presentations, and debriefs.
  • Create and keep up-to-date project documentation.
  • Track, manage and communicate client project budgets.
  • Report team progress, time management, and productivity levels.

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • have an understanding of project management methodologies
  • be able to build strong relationships with our clients and internal team
  • be confident working with project management tools
  • have experience managing projects and impeccable attention to detail
  • able to effortlessly juggle multiple priorities and schedules
  • be a strong communicator, with the ability to effectively interact across various levels, teams and cultures
  • identify problems ahead of time
  • stay calm in stressful situations
  • have experience creating reports.

As a member of the herd, you should also:

  • act with integrity – we value honesty and doing the right thing.
  • be relationship-driven – success is built on relationships and trust. We aim to forge meaningful relationships with each other and our clients.
  • be goal-focused – our focus is not only to create beautiful solutions but to achieve the strategic ambitions of our clients.
  • commit to quality – whether it’s award-winning designs, robust code or well-written copy, we never cut corners.
  • be task-focused – for us it’s about getting the job done, rather than watching the clock.
  • be flexible – we’re not phased by changing priorities or requirements, and we’re comfortable with a level of uncertainty.
  • be forward thinking – we each take ownership of our responsibilities, planning ahead to make both our lives and our colleagues’ lives easier.
  • always be willing to learn and share – we give back to each other and our industry, never thinking we know it all. We’re always willing to learn more.
  • be humble – work for the client, not for the fame. Making users happy matters more than any award.
  • be passionate – we’re here to do amazing things and to enjoy the ride together. Otherwise, what’s the point?

And in return?

  • 30 days holiday each year
  • Remote working
  • Flexitime working hours
  • Courses and learning opportunities
  • Regular social events
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Gym membership

There’s a rustle in the Welsh woods that has been whispered about for generations. They believe it to be Blue. They say it’s not sasquatch, but Stag. All that’s been spotted is the odd antler in the overgrowth or hoofprint on the forest floor.

We’ve taken matters into our own hands and set up a series of cameras to try and locate Seb the Stag for ourselves. Brave visitor, can you help us in our quest to unravel the mystery and marvel at the myth?
