We were looking for a people person with excellent copywriting skills. They’re full of creative content ideas, super organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities.

We’re excited to announce we have filled this position and our new team member will be announced soon.

What the job involves

As our new Content Creator, you’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and designers to deliver campaigns and ongoing content support for our clients. You’ll be involved right through our creative process – from interpreting client briefs and shaping our creative response, to delivering solutions and responding to feedback.

Day-to-day, you’ll write great copy – for social media channels, websites, digital ads, articles and more. You’ll manage scheduling and publishing, and come up with original content ideas to help our clients achieve their goals.

As you develop in the role, you’ll increasingly become a key point of contact for the department, ensuring clear lines of communication and a smooth, rewarding experience for the people we work with. In time, you’ll take the lead in client meetings and presentations, with opportunities to get involved in pitches and proposals.

We’ll ask you to take responsibility for staying on top of deadlines, solving problems where you can, and communicating issues to the wider team so we can solve them together.

  • A relevant degree (e.g. in a marketing, journalism or creative writing discipline), or a similar level of training or experience.
  • Experience of producing great copy to tight deadlines, and plenty of examples to share with us.
  • Strong editorial skills, with an excellent command of the English language, and the ability to adapt your tone and style to different contexts and media.
  • An up-to-date understanding of social media channels and formats, and experience creating content for them. A strong social media presence of your own would be an advantage.
  • Examples of your great creative content ideas.
  • Excellent communication and people skills – you’ll put people at ease and be confident speaking to different people at all levels of an organisation.

  • remote working
  • flexible working hours
  • courses and learning opportunities

  • cycle to work scheme
  • gym membership.

There’s a rustle in the Welsh woods that has been whispered about for generations. They believe it to be Blue. They say it’s not sasquatch, but Stag. All that’s been spotted is the odd antler in the overgrowth or hoofprint on the forest floor.

We’ve taken matters into our own hands and set up a series of cameras to try and locate Seb the Stag for ourselves. Brave visitor, can you help us in our quest to unravel the mystery and marvel at the myth?
